Hairstylist Laurent Dufourg is a renowned entrepreneur in the beauty industry whose businesses include Prive Salons (located in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Orlando,
and coming soon, Malibu), ONA day spa, and Prive Products.

Over the past 25 years, the French native, known for working fast with incredible hands, has garnered an impressive list of celebrity clients including Audrey Tautou, Debra Messing, Denise Richards, Diane Lane, Emma Roberts, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jewel, Johnny Depp, Tea Leoni, Salma Hayek, Shannen Doherty, Sharon Stone, Sophia Loren, Teri Hatcher, and Uma Thurman, among others.

Dufourg launched the Priv Formule Aux Herbes hair care collection in 2001. In 2009, he added Concept Vert, an eco-friendly, organic haircare line and Environmentally
Preferable Product.



Janice KinjoJanice Kinjo

We are pleased to welcome back Janice Kinjo for her second year as makeup artist for the models walking the runway in FIT’s The Future of Fashion show. Since moving from Los Angeles to New York in 2003, Kinjo has established herself as a talented and creative makeup artist who is regularly called upon by celebrities for magazine features, interviews, music videos, and fashion shows. Her clients include LL Cool J, Drake, Chris Brown, Miguel, Taraji P. Hensen, Essence Magazine, XXL, Zink, and YRB. Kinjo’s work is often described as clean, beautiful and consistent.

Born in Anaheim, California to parents who are devoted followers of Soka Gakkai International, a Buddhist organization which promotes peace, culture and education for the betterment of the world, Kinjo credits this integral part of her life in helping shape and nurture her artistic confidence. Kinjo’s first professional opportunity came immediately after graduating high school when she landed a job as a make-up assistant for the independent film Snitchd, starring Eva Longoria. Kinjo went on to receive a B.S. degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles in 2003. While a student, she worked in theatre and on student films, relocating to New York after graduating.
