RuPaul was MAC Cosmetics Senior Artist Regan Rabanal’s original inspiration to work in makeup after first seeing the drag superstar in the label’s campaign in the early 2000s. With the encouragement of his parents, he left Seattle in 2006 to work in New York, fulfilling a lifetime goal. Rabanal’s focus is to work with clients to bring their self-narratives to life through makeup design. Aside from a busy daily schedule, he works up to 45 shows per New York Fashion Week each season. In his own time, he is also an avid costumer and jewelry designer, often creating designs and then pairing makeup looks to complete the overall aesthetic.

Halli BivonaHalli Bivona, Lead Stylist for John Barrett

Halli Bivona trained under renowned stylist John Barrett, and is now the lead stylist at the John Barrett Salon. Her gift for executing skillful cuts is matched by her bouncy, glamorous blow-outs. An avid fashion runway-watcher who follows all the top magazines and style blogs, Bivona has a razor-sharp vision while her style is effortless and fun. She often works with extensions and creates new looks at Barrett’s Braid Bar, but she also knows how to tame troubled tresses, and her keratin treatments are in great demand. Bivona’s work has been featured in Vogue, Marie Claire, and Elle magazines, and can be seen on the runway for designers such as Cynthia Rowley, Dennis Basso, Zac Posen, and many more.
