I hated studying and I loved the arts, which led me to FIT when I was applying for colleges. There I got my associate’s degree in Fine Arts. I liked it but it wasn’t enough to satisfy my creative spirit, so instead of applying to the bachelor’s program for Fine Arts, I went for the one-year associate’s degree in Fashion Design. Without any experience in design, I dove right in to one of the toughest programs at FIT. It made me learn so much about myself as a person and as a designer. I like to experiment and play with my designs, creating wearable art without any limitations.
