I wanted to become a designer because I am truly passionate about fashion; I feel as though it is one of the few things that combines art and math, which are two things I truly enjoy. I feel like I have a unique perspective as a designer because I am a non-binary individual and I feel like while there are many people who focus on unisex designs, that doesn’t only mean utilitywear and pants. Being an aerialist also gives me a new perspective because what may work for yoga will not be functional for aerial in terms of activewear.
