The bodice is made of scraps from a local embroidery/bead fabric store. The scraps have been patchworked into intricate design lines. The skirt is flounced organza that was cut on the same bias, seamed together, and layered on panels of shirred tulle. The women wearing my collection will not feel like they are living in a fantasy world, but rather that they are the magic in this reality. Fantasy offers possibilities and sparks the imagination. Sometimes we need fantasy to escape reality.
