La Danza de la Vida takes inspiration from unity, relationship building, experiencing life, self-expression through dance, solitude, and self-discovery. The collection's concept centers around the journey we go through in life and uses symbolic imagery to convey a range of feelings. La Danza de la Vida recognizes that each facet of our being participates in the dance of existence, as well as in the constant cycle of creation and destruction. The collection reflects real-life encounters intertwined with dance and motion, showcasing lively hues like crimson that evoke sentiments of love and desire. Materials used include hand-dyed lace, velvet, and hand-embroidered musical notes crafted using the couching technique.
