After being secretly filmed and groped on the subway, I couldn't help thinking about the living conditions of women in 2023. As women growing up in patriarchal East Asian countries, my friends and I will inevitably discuss the inconveniences we encounter in our lives. This collection manifests from that sense of suffocation we experience while being constantly stared at and objectified as women in society.
