Dellova has spoken at multiple trade/industry events; has dressed Katie Couric for Today and the Atlanta Olympics; consulted on clothing for TV; lectured to consumers on building a wardrobe; and produced fashion shows. He has also written for many publications, as well as forecasted color and trend. His past consulting clients include Defyance, Andrea Carrano, and Trend House, where he currently is color and forecasting manager. He was an industry mentor for the Li & Fung 2018 Innovation Project, a team member of Jussara Lee’s "Hand Me Up" project, and a contributing illustrator to the book Designing Your Fashion Portfolio (Fairchild 2013).
Dellova is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the Fashion News Workshop (former co-president and board member), DIFFA, The Fashion Group International, and the FIT Alumni Association.
