Hollis L’Estrange Daniels is the design director of Charter Club Cashmere, Linen, Special Projects, and Collaborations at Macy’s. With over 11 years at Macy’s and previous experience at Kohl’s, Daniels brings a wealth of industry insight and creative leadership to the table.
She began her career working for a couture dress designer, an experience that gave her a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and firsthand knowledge of New York’s garment district. Raised in a family of artists, Daniels was immersed in creativity from an early age. This artistic foundation sparked her love for fashion as a form of self-expression and storytelling—ultimately shaping her path as a designer. She is thrilled to be a Future of Fashion judge this year and to continue strengthening the partnership between Macy’s and FIT. Daniels believes in the power of fresh perspectives and is excited for the opportunity to connect directly with emerging talent and bold new ideas—something Macy’s is always seeking to foster through innovation and collaboration.
