The lake-blue gown glows with a subtle shimmer, its delicate, form-fitting corset adorned with hand-sewn sequins. Gradients of lake-blue and purple organza swirl around her torso like a whirlpool, adding both fluidity and contrast. Scattered beadwork catches the light like droplets of seawater in motion. As the silhouette flows downward, it gradually softens into cascading white ruffles made of layered chiffon and lace—textures that evoke the rush of ocean waves or traces of sea foam.

My design was inspired by Salvador Dalí's The Skull of the Medusa, a work that made me reflect on the constraints often imposed on art. I believe that creativity should not be confined by conventional narratives or external expectations, but rather should embrace boundless imagination. With this in mind, I chose the octopus as the foundation for my silhouette, exploring its fluid and dynamic form as a symbol of artistic freedom.
