This collection explores the tension of modern life—feeling overwhelmed, confused, and almost like drowning under growing societal stress. Yet, there’s an instinct to escape this unease and find balance to move forward. It mirrors the cycle of retreating into a mental refuge, building resilience, and reconnecting to cope. Inspired by Depression-era body language and personal reflection, my designs reflect how people adapt and find stability under pressure.
