Viridis Vitae is inspired by the fresh new growth of spring, represented in bright chartreuse, sheer pleats, and springy feathers throughout my garments. Both looks are also a play on the duality of nature, a balance between organic chaos and rigid geometry. The first look is a tea-length strapless ball gown with all-over vertical pleating and sporadic feathers at the hem. The second look is a low-back halter-neck column dress with a feathered stand collar and vertical bubble pleating.
