Fungus is most typically known as mold, mushrooms, truffles, but the types of fungi are immeasurable, and their functions are remarkable. Through learning about the intertwined nature of fungus within the ground, I began to explore the entire concept of interconnectedness as a whole. My collection is inspired by the fungus Ophiocordyceps, also known as the "Zombie Fungus," which invades an ant's body and controls its actions, using the ant's body as a vessel to continue its growth.
