Rooted in my own upbringing in Turkey, it reflects how femininity and fashion are experienced within Muslim cultural contexts—subtle, layered, and deeply personal. The garments are built on familiar staples—denim, blazers, and button-up shirts—but are gently transformed through delicate interventions. Ottoman-inspired inscriptions are hidden within linings, sheer fabrics introduce softness and modesty, and scalloped details reshape classic silhouettes. Rather than overtly displaying identity, the collection embeds it within the construction, allowing heritage to be carried quietly, intimately, and from within.
