Scattered
This collection draws from my Armenian heritage and upbringing in Turkey, influenced by The Color of Pomegranates and its idea of diaspora as a shared yet scattered identity. Using lace and wool, I reference village life and memory, including my grandmother’s dowry lace. The pomegranate is central, shaping silhouettes and bead details as a symbol of unity within dispersion, where each element reflects both individuality and belonging, carried across generations and time.
