What Remains is a collection inspired by Chronicle of a Death Foretold, a story of a man unable to escape death, yet preserved through the memories of those who tell his story. Drawing from this narrative and my personal experience with grief, the collection reimagines tragedy not as an ending, but as a transformation. The calla lily functions as a symbol of rebirth, while staple hardware evokes piecing the self back together, fully realized in figure-driven, structured silhouettes.
