Since joining the Endeavor company in 2016, Kozlowski has become responsible for global designer relations, brand events participation, and special projects partnerships development for the team that owns, operates, and produces New York Fashion Week: The Shows, Australian Fashion Week, GLAM SLAM, MADE, and many of the fashion shows, distinctive events and cultural happenings throughout the year.

In his tenure, Kozlowski has helped launch labels at NYFW including Bevza, Christopher John Rogers, and Wiederhoeft, bring designers to show in other markets such as Bibhu Mohapatra in Shenzhen, Prabal Gurung in Berlin, and Ryan Roche in Paris, manage collaborations like Guo Pei x Louis XIII, Maisie Wilen x Ked’s, Christian Cowan x Motorola, and give back working with organizations including the Black in Fashion Council, Harlem’s Fashion Row, and High School of Fashion Industries. A global connector, Kozlowski has dedicated his career to supporting the fashion designer community and developing opportunities to advance their businesses.

He holds a BBA Degree in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons the New School for Design, where he graduated early with honors, and studied at Parsons in Paris as well as the Sorbonne University.

Prior to joining IMG, Kozlowski was working at Milk Studios, MATTE Projects, Lanvin, the Council of Fashion Designers of America, Yeezy, Lyn Devon and the Metropolitan Opera. He currently lives in Manhattan.
