Amy has over a decade of experience as a fashion designer for brands like The Gap and Juicy Couture. She now focuses on design solutions for healing or treatment and collaborates with specialists on cancer garments. She also launched an open-source fashion avatar database for 3D development tools and creates 3D character costumes for her own science fiction world.
What did you find unique about this year's class?
I am proud of the creativity and innovation demonstrated by our thesis students this year, and I look forward to seeing how their designs will impact the fashion industry
Do you have any advice for the graduating class?
Never stop learning and growing. Fashion is a dynamic and ever-changing field, and it's important to remain curious, open-minded, and adaptable. With hard work, perseverance, and a passion for creativity, our graduates can achieve great success in the fashion industry.
