Throughout my life I have been captivated by aspects of love and death, and I truly believe living is about receiving love. When you ignore or aren’t gifted love, that is a true death. The poem “The Bells” by Edgar Allan Poe, an inspiration for the collection, is a progression from happiness and life, to terror and death. I took this poem and many different aspects and images of love and death to create my senior thesis collection.
