Stories and destiny tremendously change people. Sometimes, when things can't be the way we plan, we lose control over ourselves. Then we transform into shapes that we can't recognize, just like "mutation". "Mutated Dragon" the theme of this collection, is the reflection of my overcoming a process of identity crisis. The collection multiplied leftover thread using different stitches, appliqués, and weaving techniques that intend to create a texture similar to mutation. Overall, the collection means to create a feeling of uncertainty one encounters in the process of retrieving ourselves.
