“Here and Now”, is inspired by contemporary art and architecture. I designed forward-looking clothing focused on the present moment. I explored this concept through long layered silhouettes with geometric seam lines and construction details such as pleats, ties, and minimal closures like hidden plackets and magnets. I developed fabric manipulations such as architectural quilting informed by diagrid frames clad in ETFE and enamel paint applied to tulle to reference pixel disintegration.
