Memento Mori

My theme focuses on remembering the inevitability of death. I was inspired to take this route while listening to Robert Greene on the On Purpose podcast with Jay Shetty. Robert had a stroke and the first responders cut the shirt that he was wearing at the time to save his life. Once he was healed, his wife sewed his shirt back together, and now he wears it as a memento mori. Just like Robert said, this collection "is not gloomy, it's not morbid, it's liberating."
