Lisa Di Napoli is a true creative dreamer with a passion for product, who excels at curating visual stories and turning them into profitable realities.
After graduating from Parsons School of Design, Di Napoli founded H.M. Woggle Bug, a luxury children’s wear company, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and unwavering dedication to creating high-quality and covetable products for children. Leveraging her creative talent and comprehensive business knowledge, she successfully led teams at renowned brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Gap Kids, and Best & Co.

Currently, she steers The Pixie Creative, a design consultancy with a focus on children’s wear. Her projects range from rejuvenating Brums Milano, a storied seventy-year-old Italian children's brand, to propelling the growth of Little English, a burgeoning domestic label, as well as assisting various startups in realizing their visions.

As a committee member of The Color Association of the USA, Di Napoli melds her enthusiasm for color, art, and culture into seasonal color forecasts.

Dedicated to mentorship, she shares her knowledge at FIT, Parsons, and NYC public schools, committed to nurturing the next generation of fashion industry professionals.
