Charles Haddad is an FIT adjunct instructor, fashion designer, stylist, and consultant. Born in Lebanon, Haddad is an FIT alumnus and joined the faculty after working as the head designer for Elie Saab, based between Beirut and Paris. Haddad's expertise lies in high-end ready-to-wear and haute couture with a specialization in embroidery, having experience working with the biggest embroidery houses in the world. He has also worked as a stylist for magazines such as L’Officiel, A Mag, King Kong, and Gucci.
What is your favorite part about being a professor?
There is something very fulfilling about sharing my knowledge and expertise with a new generation of students who are just as excited about creating fashion as I am.
