What did you find unique about this year's class?
This year's Childrenswear class has been a very tight knit group.  They have been strong advocates for CW and genuinely enjoy each other and class.

Do you have any advice for the graduating class?
My advice for the graduating class would be to take the time to observe.  I believe there is a great deal to learn when you start in the industry and most of it is actually about yourself.  Knowing what work environment meets your personality and needs is as important as the aesthetic you are working within. If you enjoy what you are doing and feel appreciated, can you even call it work.

What is your favorite part about being a professor?
My favorite part about being a professor is helping students build their design aesthetic as well as being lucky enough to have the same group of students for a year and a half. Building those relationships is definitely the most rewarding part.
