Meet the Designer

Being an adventurous, outgoing person who loves art, culture, and people, I have always been a creative person and have wanted to be a fashion designer since I was young. My love for travel is where I obtain my design inspirations. I believe that there is a strong connection between personal experience and designing collections. Consequently, I am intrigued by geologic and cultural history. Through my adventures, I view the world through both fine and coarse lenses. When I succeed in translating these observations into design elements, it gives me a thrill. My designs mostly follow themes relating to nature; I love to create unusual organic shapes and designs that one would associate with the outdoors. Additionally, I am environmentally conscientious. As a result, my intention is to create sustainable designs. Lastly, I chose sportswear because of the wide range of design opportunities allowing for flexibility in composition and construction.
