War on People

With the buying and selling of drugs, the idea of class, status, and race is always involved. White people are 40 times more likely to use illicit drugs than people of color. So where the population is predominantly white, why are 64.2 percent of drug arrests POC? White people are abusing these drugs, while lower-class individuals and POC are going to jail for it. This collection will be a representation of the war on people, by the use of distressed fabrics and classic tailored silhouettes.
