Nuance

In my thesis collection, I explored identity and its relationship to the human body. I displayed this idea by forming abstract shapes with fabric to mimic organs and also molded organza into puffs to represent the body being transformed. These shapes aim to depict a sense of ambiguity in our identity and its nuances.

In the back view, there are two big bubbles, one from the shoulders to the hip and the other one from the hip to above the ankles.

To me, human anatomy symbolizes identity and truth, which I deeply value in my journey as a designer.
