Holley St. Ext.
Holley St. Ext. is inspired by my ancestors in early 20th century Connecticut. I come from a long line of craftsmen; they were seamstresses, hatters, mechanics, and much more. Monopolizing one street in Danbury, Connecticut, my relatives created their own community as working-class Italian-Americans, where craft was a normal part of everyday life. Holley St. Ext. is an ode to highly crafted, well-tailored clothing and an urge to the industry to step back and embrace slow production.

Details of the vegan leather bomber with patch pockets, a shearling collar, and plaid details.

The bomber is styled with a wool skirt and a silk taffeta button-down with an exaggerated collar.

The wool flare skirt features contrast topstitching and denim details to match.

The contrast denim was also used as a hem facing to exaggerate the sweep of the skirt.

The back of the full skirt features a denim yoke and patch pockets, styled back to the button down.
