Coca
Coca comes from the Spanish word for cocaine, a plant taken from nature and chemically altered to make something taboo. Coca represents my work, by showing organic shapes and ideas that cover taboo subjects, while carrying my Colombian-American heritage throughout.
The pebble dress was made of 25 hand-sewn chain-linked suede pieces.
The dress is paired over the wide-leg low-rise dark saggy denim.
