Inspired by the original concept of the Mafia, my thesis depicts a fictional all-female-run Mafia. Highlighting the Godmother herself, I wanted to portray a luxurious, modern, and empowering leader. Concealed in this hooded garment, the Godmother exudes elegance and mystery in this timeless silhouette. By focusing on the original concept of protecting one's family from injustice, her purpose is to protect, empower, and provide for the women she calls family.
